Andrew leads i3 Australia’s people and culture service line. Andrew is a wise practitioner, who knows what works, why it works and ‘why’ if it doesn’t. Andrew is fortunate to have been given the gifts of continuous learning and challenging experiences throughout his life, both formal and informal. We, including our clients, believe Andrew is at the peak of his craft.

Education

Andrew is a qualified psychotherapist, a certified brain-based coach and has a Master of Professional Development and Training from Deakin University. This is in addition to his Master of Arts, Graduate Diploma of Legal Studies (Workplace) and Graduate Diploma of Arts (Psychology) obtained from the Queensland University of Technology.

Background

Andrew has held a variety of executive and senior leadership roles across a range of sectors and regions including professional services, education, transport, engineering, mining, agriculture, health and construction. Andrew has worked with organisations ranging from multinationals to family-owned and operated businesses.

Andrew originally started his career in the police force, before moving to the ADF where he was an executive officer in special operations, the role in which he first began leading people to be the best they can be.

Andrew’s passions include reading, learning, red wine, keeping physically and mentally active, being proud of his children and caring for others.
